Kim Gangte (born October 30, 1962) is a politician, educator and human rights activist, who was a Member of Parliament elected from the Outer Manipur Lok Sabha constituency in India in 1998, as a Communist Party of India candidate. She is the general secretary of the Kuki Women Human Rights Network.
